Owners Rolando and Ivonne Verdecia have fused the classic home cooking of Rolando's Cuban heritage with the explosively flavorful ingredients of the Caribbean.
Together, they have created the "essence" of Mojito's cuisine... refreshing, full of vibrant greens and enhanced by flavors like lime, nutmeg, cinnamon, curries, ginger, thyme, chilies, garlic, purple potatoes, papaya, mango, and plantains.
